Teachers who Tutor is based around the belief of “know your students”.
Our tutors are qualified, Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registered teachers with over 8 years experience at one of the most successful private schools in Australia.
Having ample amount of experience in the classroom at a Secondary level, we are strong believers that if we understand how your child learns best, the knowledge and success will follow.
Sometimes, life in the classroom can be overwhelming, and we know all too well that in a fast-paced environment (to get through all the content!), some students may feel like they’re falling behind and struggle to catch up. That’s where we step in!
By integrating appropriate teaching methods into the curriculum, we can facilitate and guide their learning better, which can increase confidence in the student and help reach their full potential.
We are also there to fill in any “gaps”. Your child might want the reassurance that how they have learnt the content is correct and feel they need extra practise or to consolidate their learning. We work around your child!
Georgia is one of the most respected maths teachers in Victoria!
Our founder, Georgia, has been tutoring since she was in year 10, helping her neighbours’ primary school aged children. Her passion for helping other students feel a sense of confidence and accomplishment with their studies led her to complete a post graduate degree in Education after her Science Degree at the University of Melbourne.
She found her passion in teaching at an elite independent school in Melbourne, whilst tutoring students simultaneously, and has never looked back since! Witnessing success with her students has never been more rewarding.
